My Favorite Training Shoe !
This is my main training shoe. I love it so much. I am a physical therapist and I recommend it to a lot of my patients. The heel drop is perfect for anyone with Achilles issues.

Best For Comfort & Style
Love the fit and style. I have planter facia issues and as long as I wear my Brooks, I don't have problems. Love the comfort. I order 1/2 size larger for walking and workouts than I would order for casual shoes.

The First Ghost I’ve Returned
I have run in Ghosts for years (like can’t even remember how long). The narrowing of the toe box has me returning these and I’m so lost in the world looking for new go-to shoes. The new cushioning in the forefoot is too much and makes my feet feel smashed in and trapped. I tried for a month and just couldn’t love them. :-(
