A Teacher That Actually Feels Supported….by Shoes!

I knew I needed a supportive shoe with a high arch. I didn’t realize “good shoes” until I started wearing these. The support I feel on my feet all day as a teacher is incredible. I go home and my back doesn’t hurt or feet feel like I want to lay down for 3 days.

Brooks sneakers have saved my feet to continue to walk my 6.5 miles six days a week. I have had foot surgery, flat feet, bone spur and arthritis. Also lower back stress fractures. have tried every sneakers brand out there and nothing helped. Until I started wearing Brooks sneakers. My doctor also recommended me to wear them. I have about 10 pars honestly.

I only wear Brooks tennis shoes. These are very comfortable.

Lots of padding more than a previous brooks shoe. I like the color. Very comfy to wear even if you are not exercising.

Meh

I was trying to find a shoe that doesn’t have the large thick foam which i think is not attractive. I thought the silver would look uniform. In addition, I’ve always worn Brooks. The older models felt and looked better imo.

Lacks Support

I’ve worn the Brooks Adrenaline GTS for years and replace them annually because I depend on them for stability and support due to a hypermobile foot. Unfortunately, this newest version is a major step backward. Out of the box, the support felt only marginally adequate, and within about two weeks—once the shoe molded to my foot—the arch and medial support essentially disappeared. Previous versions struck a much better balance: they had cushioning, but also started with a firmer sole that provided real stability for overpronators and people who rely on structured support. This version feels softer at the expense of stability, and for those of us who depend on these shoes almost like a prosthetic device, that change has a significant impact. I’m extremely disappointed with the direction Brooks took here and hope they seriously consider feedback like this in future designs.

Looks Good But Lacks Support

Love the color however it’s not there like my adrenaline 16s… I had to buy insoles for support. Disappointed in the support.
