I thought it would be a great time for some new shoes. I was thinking some Hokas or Brooks. I've tried Hokas before and satisfied. But when I tried on the Brooks Glycerin, I was very impressed with the cushion. I feel that I can walk longer without my feet hurting. And since I have type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, diabetic neuropathy in my feet, concussion issues and a bruised spinal cord, walking is essential for my overall well-being. These are an excellent shoe for walking. That extra cushion is awesome.

The Perfect Shoe For Comfortable Daily Runs

I use the Glycerin Max 2 for daily runs and longer distances, and they have been extremely comfortable. The cushioning feels soft and protective without making the shoe unstable, and the ride remains smooth even when my legs are tired. They fit me very well and provide good support on pavement and light gravel. They are slightly heavier than a speed shoe, but for comfort, protection, and recovery runs, they are one of my favorite pairs.
