Just A Little Too Soft For Me
The sole on these are very soft, and probably good for just road running. As a PT I stand all day, along with HIIT workouts 3 x week. The soles are way to soft for standing as my ankle wants to pronate and supinate all day. Also, for HIIT workouts there is no stability in the soft sole. Now, for my 2 mile runs around my neighborhood they are great. I purchased 2 pairs in order to have an additional one when the first wears out, but I'm returning my extra pair as I don't completely love them. Just one persons opinion.
