Simply Amazing

First off, I absolutely adore how this shoe looks. It has a very clean, streamlined profile with just enough neon green boldness to make it fashionable without being over the top or boring. While the heel cushioning flares out a bit more than I typically prefer from an aesthetic standpoint, this shoe really does it for me. The toe box is fairly standard—not tight and not especially wide—but the collar design wraps around your foot in a way that almost makes it feel like a sock. The tongue is especially well-designed—it curves at the edges to naturally form over the top of the foot and seems to mold to its shape, adding to that locked-in, secure feel. Once you start running, you can immediately tell that the shoe gives you extra bounce in your stride. It provides noticeable feedback from the ground and a subtle spring that helps propel you forward, which I really enjoyed. The cushion just moves with your foot on every step and contact, going the perfect amount of support. The fit feels snug, secure, and comforting without being restrictive. On my 4- to 9-mile runs, my feet stayed cool and never felt like they were running out of room. While I’ve mainly used these shoes for outdoor runs I think based on how well it secures your foot and the lower toe-heel drop these could definitely be good in the gym for light leg exercises or body weight exercising. I wouldn’t do deadlifts and heavy barbell squats with these but good for light weight exercises like lunges, burpees, etc. I’m undecided on doing sports that require a lot of lateral movement in these shoes but I’m not sure that’s what this shoe is intended for anyways. Overall, I’d give this shoe a strong 4.5 out of 5. It looks great, feels responsive and bouncy on the run, and offers a snug, confidence-inspiring fit. I’d highly encourage anyone to give this shoe a try.

Great All Around Shoes

I really liked how supportive these shoes were without being especially made for bowed legged runners. I love how comfy the insole is as well along with the outer sole but I can see how someone might need some more specialized support via an insole.

All Day Comfort

As a wearer of previous versions of the glycerin, the Glycerin Flex feels like a more “athletic” version of the traditional model. All of the new features from the padded ankle collar, a form fitting upper, & and the “flex zone”, I found the shoe excellent for daily use of coaching and leading exercise. The increased flexibility felt supportive enough for lateral movements in addition to linear movements such as running and sprinting. Running, walking, and all day activities are where the shoe excel imo. They are light and breathable, while also still feeling stable even without any mid foot shanks or pronation control. While also being very useful for the gym, the plush cushioning can be a little too soft for squats and agility movements. I had no issues with the cushioning when doing more machines such as leg presses or lunges. Overall I am very pleased with the shoe. I would highly recommend to anyone needed a shoe that provides all day support and comfort from during workouts, runs, & and everything in between. Happy To Be Running Again

Dude these things are sick. I’ve been looking for a good pair of running shoes for YEARS, and always feel like I end up with some kind of foot pain, or the shoes end up not fitting right. I have pretty wide feet, it sucks lol. These shoes on the other hand have been 🤌🏼🤌🏼 They fit like a freakin glove, the shock absorption of sole is WILD, and they’re surprisingly light. When I go for a run, I like to do circuits, and incorporate some sprinting. Most of the time this is an issue bc I end up with shin splints, or just sore legs in general. Like I said, the way the foam on the sole of the shoes absorbs the impact of running is wild. I did some REALLY hard sprinting in these, and felt nothing. I’ve also used them almost everyday since getting them, and most shoes would be pretty beat up by now but these things still look fresh, and get me compliments!! Stoked to continue to put these shoes through the wringer and finally have some shoes that don’t kill my feet and let me enjoy running again!

A Well Balanced Shoe For Consistent Training

“I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review.“ The Brooks Glycerin Flex has been a very comfortable and reliable shoe in my rotation. The fit feels true to size with a secure heel and a comfortable amount of room in the forefoot. The upper is soft and breathable and feels great even on longer runs without causing hot spots or pressure. One of the standout features is the flexibility of the shoe. It moves naturally with my foot and transitions smoothly from heel to toe. This makes the ride feel fluid and efficient, especially during steady runs and moderate pace workouts. In terms of support and stability, the shoe feels well balanced. The cushioning provides plenty of protection while still keeping me stable and confident on pavement. I never felt wobbly or unstable, even when running on tired legs. I have used the Glycerin Flex for easy runs, longer training runs, and general daily workouts. It performs consistently across all of these activities and feels versatile enough to handle a wide range of paces without feeling heavy or sluggish. The style is clean and modern, which makes it easy to wear beyond running. I feel comfortable wearing these for everyday errands or casual use without them looking overly technical. The materials feel durable and well made. After multiple runs, the outsole and upper are holding up well with no noticeable wear. Overall, the Brooks Glycerin Flex offers a great combination of comfort, flexibility, and durability for everyday training and daily wear.
