Great For Hiking & Trail Runs

Works great for me for trail runs and hikes - even a quick slip into a stream didn't get my entire foot soaked! I added my usual insole for additional arch support, but otherwise a big fan.

Just What I Needed

Exactly what I needed. I needed a shoe to run off-road with. sometimes gravel trails, sometimes dirt and grass. These shoes are just as comfortable as my Ghost 17s but with better grip for the trails. They will also serve as hiking shoes for our road trip.

Only Shoes I’ll Wear!

They fit me well, just ran and walked a half marathon yesterday and they kept my feet from hurting too much.

Super Comfy Trail Shoe

Very comfortable excellent tail shoe. Love the outside mesh is so easy to clean and lots of cushion. Highly recommend!!

Good Traction On Multiple Surfaces

I bought these for a hiking trip that didn't happen, but I got to try them out on our local trails. For over two hours on grass, dirt, gravel, ground asphalt, and pavement I had no trouble with traction or slipping. The shoes were comfortable and great on all those surfaces. I'm usually a road runner, but I had such a good time with these, I'm looking forward to going back and maybe trying other trails in our area.

They are not comfortable. They make me walk in a different way than am used too.

Perfect Fit

It was recommended by the website design fit feature and when I called Brooks. Excellent recommendations for use on mixed surfaces and needing support.

The shoes were super uncomfortable. I ended up having to tape my feet just to finish the race, felt like there was zero cushion.

Toebox Issues Resolved!

Thank you, Brooks, for fixing the toebox from Cascadia version 18! The Cascadia will once again be my default running shoe!

Loving my Cascadia 19s! Put over 100 miles on the trail these past 2 weeks and they are going strong. Breaking in took some time, but after that they've been super comfortable. They provide the right support and tread I need for the trails.

Too Long

Tried these in mens 9.5 wide. Good quality shoe but too long and pointy compared to Cascadia 17. Returned them.

Sr Cascadia 19 Experiment.

After replacing the insole with one of Dr Scholl's they very comfortable. Great traction on all surfaces!!! Next time I will get a wider width. I'm using these for light hiking and urban hiking.

Love My Cascadia 19’s

I’ve got multiple issues- pronation, plantar fasciitis, subtalar coalition. So far I’ve used these shoes on a 4 mile hike and worked in my unlevel yard. I’m very thankful for finding the Cascadia 19. They have been a fantastic help in keeping my foot properly supported! Love them !!

I’m Sold On Cascadia !

I loved my first pair of cascadia 19s so much that I bought these just for hiking and have one pair for yard work!!

I really like these shoes!! They fit just right. I wear a 7.5 and they fit perfectly. I wear them everywhere. My knees and back do not hurt when I wear them not like they did before I did.
