My 4th Pair, And The Gts 25 Is Amazing!

This is my 4th version of this shoe line, and the changes from version 18 to the new Brooks Adrenaline GTS 25 are incredible. The Support Upgrade: The new GuideRails system is way better and more comfortable than the stiff support in version 18. It guides my feet naturally without feeling rigid. Better Cushioning: The new foam feels soft and bouncy. It protects my joints on long walks or runs but does not make the shoe feel heavy. Great Fit: The fabric is breathable and holds my foot securely. I do not get any blisters or slipping. If you liked the older models, this new version is a major upgrade. I highly recommend it for overpronators who need everyday support!

Relief And Comfort

Never owned a pair of Brooks, but after some research of finding the right shoe for being on my feet all day, walking 10k steps daily, flat feet, and plantar fasciitis I came to the conclusion these were the best shoe for me. I noticed a difference after the first day of wear. My feet weren’t aching after a long day at work. I’m definitely a Brooks fan now.

Adrenaline Helps Alleviate Constant Foot Pain.

I have had issues with a fallen arch and some other foot issus. My son turned me onto Brooks Adrenaline when I was looking at surgery because of the pain in my foot. I have been wearing this shoe for over 8 years and I never have needed surgery. My foot pain went away with the sturdiness the Adrenaline gives your foot. I love Brooks and buy at least three pair a year.

I’ve been a Ghost wearer for years, but the Adrenaline GTS has been a pleasant surprise. The support is noticeable without feeling intrusive, and they feel much more stable during long walks and workouts. The cushioning is comfortable, but what really stands out is how much better they handle my feet when I’m on them for extended periods. Compared to the Ghost, the Adrenaline feels more planted and supportive, especially around the arch and heel. My feet, knees, and hips feel better after long treadmill sessions, and I’ve had less soreness overall. I was hesitant to switch, but after putting some miles on them, I can honestly say they’re way better than the Ghost for my needs. Highly recommend giving them a try if you’ve been wearing Ghosts and want a little more support without sacrificing comfort.

Worst Pair I've Owned

I’ve been a loyal Brooks customer for over a decade. I typically wear the Ghost for walking and the Adrenaline series for running, and I’ve always had great experiences with their shoes. Unfortunately, my experience with this latest pair of Adrenalines has been extremely disappointing. I put them on for the first time this morning during a 15-mile training run. About four miles in, my feet started hurting badly. At first, I thought there might be a small rock or twig in one of my shoes, so I stopped to check. Instead, I discovered that both shoes had rubbed the backs of my ankles so severely that I had developed painful blisters on both sides. For reference, I lace my running shoes using a runner’s loop specifically to prevent heel slippage, so improper fit or loose lacing was not the issue. The irritation was significant enough that I had to cut my run short. I’m returning these shoes. The photos speak for themselves—some are quite graphic, and you can actually see bloodstains on the shoes from where they rubbed my ankles raw. Perhaps I received a defective pair, but based on this experience, I won’t be purchasing another pair of Brooks Adrenalines anytime soon. It’s unfortunate because I’ve trusted and worn Brooks shoes for years, but this model was a major disappointment.

Husbands Fav

Husbands fav shoe. Spends all day on his feet (healthcare) and these are the only shoes that don’t hurt his feet, give him corns, etc I’ve always loved brooks, took me a bit to talk him into them though. They don’t even need to be broken in like other shoes.

Adrenaline gts 25 are some very good shoes for support your legs and knees feel great after a long run and no shin splints!!!!

After a few weeks and comparing multiple sneakers… Brooks won! Very comfortable & stable for all day events from the gym, to walking, to food shopping haha

I Switched To Brooks Adrenaline Gts 25 And Won’t Look Back.

The Adrenaline GTS 25 Brooks shoes are great for me, as I need some cushion and stability. When I switched from New Balance to Brooks I didn’t know what to expect, but I am sold on the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 25 now. A wonderful balanced shoe.
