Light And Fast

Feels very light and fast. The texture of the shoe strings makes it so I never need to tie a double knot to keep them tied. These shoes are springy. Hoping to set my half marathon PR next week!

I bought a pair for myself and my gf We both enjoy them and the material for comfort feel phenomenal sort of cloud cushion like from the front and back and the Hyperion style heel to to off is exactly as expected solid. I work at a SNF as a PTA and these shoes as well as the Hyperion max 3 are great shoes For outside use Hyperion 5 elite all day for inside use Hyperion max 3 all day

About 3% Marathon Time Improvement For A 9-10 Min Pace Runner

Middle of the pack runner with my previous marathon PR of 4:43 over 12 races. With these shoes I just ran a 4:32. My 13.1 split was 2:02 and I backed off on the second half. So yeah they work even for slower 9-10 minute paces. I did notice more stress on the knees, leg pain and less stability over rougher, pot holed, parts of the course. Why I backed off the second half. They are fun. On practice runs with the same level of effort, heart rate, I was running about a minute and a half faster pace.

Great Shoe

I have 98 miles on this shoe and it feels great. I have other shoes that are a tad more responsive but this is very snappy as well. It is gentle on the foot and especially my knees especially going downhill. I am very happy with this shoe.

Purchased for a half marathon and highly satisfied. Very comfortable, light weight and the shoe wants to go fast.

Will They Hold Up??

The elite 5 has very fast supportive feel. However they show signs or wear very quickly compared to the previous elite models. The elite 5 is much easier to put on and take off. The addition of loops guides for the laces make it much easier to tighten and loosen for the aforementioned.

Excellent Race Day Shoe

Excellent race shoe! Plenty of sping and cushion. Love this shoe. Need more colors options though.

Exceeds Expectations!!

I bought these to run Boston 2026 and my training runs with them did NOT disappoint! I ran on the Hyperion Elite 4 last year and these are my go to racers from now on. Comfortable on the heel, breathable with enough room in the toe box. Thank you, Brooks and see you in Boston! 🦄💙💛

Lightweight, Comfortable, Fast

I’ve had these for about a month now, they are the first pair of performance running shoes I have had. I found an immediate improvement to my running pace, they feel so light and “bouncy” that you can’t help but run faster. Super lightweight and very comfortable for running. Not really suitable for everyday wear, limited upper foot and heel support, so these are specifically running shoes for me.

Best Brook Shoe

I love the cushion and responsiveness of the shoe. It’s very lightweight that it helps in less fatigue during long runs.

My 1st Super Shoe

Have been amateur running for a few years. This is my first "super shoe". Very impressed. Ran a 10km fun run in the weekend which worked out to be my two best 5km times for the year! The shoe is very light and bouncy. Very impressed and recommend to anyone wanting to step up their times. Is a little more fitted in width than normal trainer sizing, but is still very comfortable. Sole is narrower and less stable than any running shoe I have tried before. For me this works fine but if you do have issues with stability make sure you try on first.

Brooks Elite 5 Race Shoe

Best race shoes Brooks has had to date. Nice soft bounce feeling, stable and good contact feel with the ground.

Increased My Pace

Absolutely obsessed with these shoes. My pace has noticeably improved, and best of all, my feet feel great even after sprints. Hands down the most comfortable pair I’ve worn.

Magic Shoes

These are absolute sourcery! I just ran 18kms in them in the lead up to my first half marathon. No blisters, light, airy and the bounce! Im usually a wide foot needing stability in a shoe. These are the bomb! Cannot recommend highly enough.

Great Product

I ordered 8 pair of glycerins then i ordered hyperion. I have never had a shoe that is lighter, fits so good and my feet and legs feel great after my exercises. I always put these on for walks or runs . I will continue to keep buying this shoe until Brooks comes out with another style that tops this line. Awesome product
