Best Hyperion Elite Yet.

Great show. Cushion is more responsive than ever- Brooks best innovation yet. The carbon plate is snappy and helps me maintain my stride at race paces from the 5k to the marathon. Glove like fit and striking colors make this shoe my favorite.

Disappointing Change In The Hyperion Elite Line

I have been running in the Hyperion elite line for over six years and have owned over 12 different pairs of the Elites. I am so disappointed with this release. There’s a weird noise that occurs. It’s also much more constricted in the tow box. A lower profile makes it much less comfortable. I was out for a training run for a half marathon and the shoes were absolutely killing me. I almost didn’t make it back to the car to change back into my elite 4s. I wish I knew this change would be so disappointing and would have stocked up on the previous model as I absolutely loved them. Unfortunately will be returning these as they are the most uncomfortable Brooks shoe I’ve ever worn. I’ve been running Brooks for over 10 years.

Great For Half Marathond

I love how light these are. I thought I’d like for my marathon but I can only make it about 16 miles making them perfect for a half marathon. These do run large and in normally size up a half a size for long runs but for these I went with my true size.

Internal Clicking Issues

There’s a flaw in this shoe or at least for my set because an internal “clicking” has occurred and I haven’t worn them for many runs. I may have bought this a couple months ago, but every step, the left shoe CLICKS. It’s frustrating as I have never had this issue with Brooks and it’s been almost 10 years with your brand. 👎🏼
