Great Kayak

The kayak/SUP is very stable and feels very solid. My only complaint is that I wish there were some Scotty mounts or rac receivers on the floor instead of only on the removable deck.

Awesome Watercraft

Blowing up the LONO was easy. Instructions were top notch. I got the electric air pump. Without it, it would be a workout I think. The carry bag is well constructed but I don’t know if I will ever use it or be able to figure out how to repack it. Fortunately, it is staying at one location. I decided to get a kayak dolly and save my back and not have to rely on a second person to help launch. It weighs about 90-100 pounds with the pedals. It is so stable and beautiful in the water. My bad shoulders are so happy not to have to paddle.

Great Quality

Great kayak but pretty heavy. Be prepared for that.

Lono Aero Classic Cypress Kayak

Great design features. Side walls protect well from waves. Seat angle adjustment strap slips at times.

Leaks

My new Kayak came with 2 small holes. The patch kit sucks. Dried glue and patch keep leaking and I can just peel off.

Cypress

My wife chose this classic cypress for her kayak, she loves the colors and ease of assembly and transport for travel, we've only used it once and spent some ti. e getting used to how it handles etc. Which btw, so far we like hiw it handles and the Apex pedal drive is easy to install and a lifesaver in the wind. All in all she loves her new kayak and can't wait for the summer adventures to begin

Nice Bote

Heavy, doesn’t fit back into the bag with out a major struggle seat could be much better. boat is of high quality just been on other inflatables with less effort great for a lake and leave it inflated.

Didn't Want To Pass Up

Didn't want to pass up the Memorial Day sale and bought 2 kayaks, one for me and the husband. He really likes his. Took it out on the creek to try some fishing on it. Handled great! It was fun to just pedal around on.

Lake Time.

Absolutely love it! I’ve had it on the water at least six times now with no issues. It’s well engineered and constructed. Easy to inflate and assemble. I use this kayak primarily for exercise and quick access to the water. Highly recommend.

Not Easy To Use

We also wanted to love this “kayak” but it’s more like a paddle board. It floats above the water making it difficult in several ways - - hard to maneuver - Doesn’t track well - Is too easily blown around by even the smallest amount of wind. - The seat us so high that it’s hard to reach the water with the paddle. - Extendable paddle is long enough but heavy and awkward to use. - Aero doesn’t move throygh the water quickly. Slow as molasses. - Really heavy in general We haven’t tried the pedal drive but don’t really want to. We expected a kayak to respond like a kayak. Didn’t realize it’s just a paddle board with higher sides. Very disappointed in the design and ease of use. The company’s 30 day return policy should be more flexible or they should be more clear on the actual intended use of their products and try harder to work with customers towards resolutions of design flaws and issues like these.
