Instructions
Everything was fine EXCEPT there should be something stating not to tighten the screws for the logo panel as you have to loosen them again. Loosening them the second time caused one of the bolts to strip making it difficult to finish the installation of the side shelf.

So Much Fun !
As a first time griddle user I am really glad I purchased the Blackstone. The 28 inch has more than enough for me. It's definitely a learning curve from a regular propane grill. I am really excited to try new things on it. It's really made great. Heavy duty!
