This hoody is incredibly warm. On a chilly windy 55 degree day it kept me super warm with only a T-shirt underneath. It fits well and the style/color is very nice! I would definitely recommend it so much so that I purchased one for a friend!

I am genuinely impressed with the Black Diamond Factor Hoody. It's noticeably thicker than the Coefficient Hoodie, yet it remains surprisingly lightweight with a good amount of stretch, making it both comfortable and functional. One of the standout features for me is the logo on the chest; it's stylish and adds a nice touch to the overall design. I've used this hoody as a mid-layer under my Black Diamond Access Hoody as well as under my Recon Insulated Jacket, and in both scenarios, it performed flawlessly, providing the perfect balance of warmth and breathability. Overall, it's a great jacket for layering, offering both style and performance. Highly recommended!

First off, the quality of the fleece is great. Love the colors as well. However, fit is made for tall skinny dudes. I'm average build, 5'6. The fleece is long, pass my buttocks. If you're like 5'8 and above with long torso, this fleece is for you.. Bought the medium size and no way will I exchange for one size up because then the sleeve and everything else will be super long. This fleece is definitely between a slim and regular.

Fit, fabric weight, and functionality was just as expected. I am 5'-8" 140lbs and the small fits perfect for an inner layer or close layer on warm days. Hood fits perfectly under a helmet. When the hood is worn without a helmet it turns with my head so I never feel like I am having my view cut off.

Great layer for skiing. I wear this over a wool base for backcountry. Good wind protection and breathable. Love that the hood fits comfortably under ski helmet.

Just took this hoody on a five day trip in Joshua Tree - it worked great as a light layer keeping me warm in the mornings and evenings, and was durable enough and cool enough to wear in the daytime on the rock. Hood works great with a helmet.

Great mid layer, no issues. Works great on those long romantic walks on the beach in the winter. If only I had arms or a head for the sleeves and hood.
