Louisiana Catching Of The (Nmr) Speckle Trout!!
The Scope Stik 100 Ayu has become our jerk bait of choice when fishing water in the 3–6 foot depth range, especially when drifting and casting along the rock shorelines of Lake Pontchartrain and the Mississippi River–Gulf Outlet while searching for those (NMR) Speckled Trout tipping the scales in the 3–4-pound class. Many days along the MRGO rocks, these larger trout can be found sunning themselves and staging along the shoreline, feeding on the smaller bass that patrol those rock banks. The Ayu color pattern on the Scope Stik presents what appears to be the perfect image of a small bass enjoying feeding time along the rocks. Anyone who has spent time working the MRGO rock banks knows that small bass are constantly working those rocks, darting in and out looking for an easy meal. When a Speckled Trout sees that flash of mint green and white darting through the water column, it often looks exactly like an injured bass trying to separate itself from danger. And that’s when the attacks take place. One of the major advantages of the Scope Stik 100 is its ability to dive into the 4–6 foot water column, which is exactly where many of the bigger Silverwonders (Speckled Trout) tend to suspend just above the rocks. By getting the lure down into that strike zone and working it naturally along the shoreline structure, you’re placing the bait right in the strike zone where those trout are holding. When drifting and casting along the rocks, the lure produces its deadly combination of darting, diving, and subtle rattling action. With each twitch of the rod tip, the lure kicks sideways, dives slightly, and sends out a faint rattle that mimics a struggling baitfish trying to regain control. That erratic movement is something Silverwonders simply cannot resist. Many times, the strike comes right after the pause. We like to give the lure about a 6–8 second pause, allowing it to suspend momentarily in the water column. That pause often triggers the bite, because those bigger trout have usually been shadowing the bait from the rocks, waiting for the perfect moment to strike. Over multiple trips along the MRGO rock banks, this lure has consistently been located and triggered strikes from quality trout, making it a dependable weapon whenever the crew of Team Jo-Jo & Oneofthepack heads out in search of Silverwonders. When the conditions line up — moving tide, decent water clarity, and bass working along the rocks — the Scope Stik 100 Ayu has proven time and time again that it gets the job done while creating great fishing memories. Sometimes the difference between a slow day and a box of good trout is simply having the right weight, size and color lure running in the correct part of the water column. For us, along the MRGO rocks, this lure has clearly earned a permanent spot in the tackle box, right alongside the other productive colors that the Scope Stik series offers. Broke Within A Few Cast
I Bought a couple of these , the 100 and the 110 to fish at a local spillway for walleye . The bills on them both broke within a few cast . Never hit anything with them or even caught a fish . I tried to file a claim but never even got a response.

Great Lure For Schooling Smallies
I used a variety of Scope Stik's last Spring during pre-spawn and the early part of the smallmouth spawn on the great lakes and they absolutely HAMMERED them! Great action and color variety. I did not have a chance to use this lure with FFS, but look forward to that this coming season. I will definitely be picking up a few more very soon.
