Awesome Chair.
I love this chair it is super comfortable. This is the second one that I purchased. It's super light, super easy to set up, and super comfortable. It packs away very small, has it's own case which is nice when packed doesn't snag on anything. I'm 5'7 225 and it is a perfect fit for me. I've taken it on several backpacking trips and it always seems to be the chair that everybody wants to sit in. Purchased this one for my wife, her previous pack chair failed and we decided this would be a great time to upgrade for her. She was a little apprehensive at first due to the price. But you get what you pay for, mine is several years old and still going strong looks brand new and is my favorite camping chair. They go with us from backpacking to car camping this is just an awesome chair.

Worth The Extra Weight For Big/tall People!
The BA Mica Basin may not be a UL chair for backpacking, but it is more than light enough to justify the extra weight if you are a little bigger than your average hiker. I am 6'3" 220 lbs and have tried all of the popular UL chairs. While I am technically under the recommended weight for all of them, none of them feel comfortably sturdy. The Mica Basin does!

Strong, Lightweight, Easy To Use
Bought as a gift for my boyfriend and it's just what he was looking for. He was very particular about the base connection points not having plastic that could crack. The chair is decently lightweight for how durable and strong it is.

Super Light And Compact!
We love these chairs, easy to stow in our van, easy to assemble and break down. Comfortable to sit in, and our Great Danes love the fact we are eye level with them.

Omg!!! Pure Luxury
This chair is AMAZING!!! Pure luxury in the outdoors. Beats my Lazyboy recliner at home by a long shot. The supple nylon fabric feels amazing against my skin. Next time I go backpacking I’m thinking on leaving my tent at home and just sleep in the chair. Lol. Seriously though. Yeah it’s a good chair. About as comfortable as a backpacking chair can be and still be relatively light weight. I think it’s just under 2 lbs. Feels pretty solid and well made. To be honest though I don’t take it very often. Only when I’m going to be camping in one spot for multiple days. I do love that it packs down pretty small and doesn’t take up much room.
