You fall in love with the product and it's great right up until the point it passes the return date. That's when you feel how uncomfortable the shoulder straps are on such a large backpack, as well as how impractical some of the packets are. For instance, the front pocket is insanely difficult to reach when you swing your backpack around, defeating its purpose to be easy to use particularly with the keychain. The tech pouch in the laptop compartment actually digs into the space of the backpack, and it makes it difficult to place my small 10.9 inch iPad air into the backpack's document/tablet compartment. I've also had another Bellroy backpack, and a recurring theme of their backpacks is flimsy straps. The straps constantly get longer and you have to readjust them on nearly every wear to be tighter. Moreover, you should actually fill up the backpack very heavy if you want to test it, since Bellroy backpacks (and this one is no exception) tend to sag downward. In this case, it has a curvature at the bottom of the backpack making it very uncomfortable how it sags down, even though I had readjusted the straps to be as tight as possible. Even the sternum strap is flimsy on this backpack!
