These are truly like walking on clouds. They're very cushioned but still give great support. My only issue is that this particular shoe runs small because of extra cusioning, I think. I have 2 other pairs of asics that are a size 6, and so I bought these in a 6 as well, and my toes are squished in them. It's a bummer because I wore them thinking maybe I just needed to break them in, but it's bad. My toes are scrunched in these or touching the toe box, I can't return them because they're worn, and these aren't inexpensive shoes. So don't make that mistake!
