I won't lie, my first, maybe, 2 weeks wearing these, I absolutely hated them. It felt as if they made my shinsplints worse. HOWEVER, I kept wearing them, thinking maybe I just had to break them in more. I honestly, think that's what I needed. Now, I run without shin pain. I love them. My runs feel better. I look forward to them. I really love these running shoes. They have made such a difference now that they are broken in.
