I recently purchased this jacket for a 10 day trip to Alaska. I have to say this jacket is SUPER comfortable!! I appreciate the roominess and stretch sides should you wish to layer underneath the jacket. It moves with you without chaffing and is the perfect warmth. I would say the jacket is perfect for temps 50 and above. The temperatures on this trip hovered around the low 50's with mist and rain most of the time. The jacket was warm and kept me dry when I was not wearing an outer shell. The jacket squishes down and packs decently and the weight was not an issue to me. I highly recommend this jacket with one big caveat (in my opinion) the zippers! I rate the zippers about a 2.5-3 out of 5. The zippers are decent except for the fact they are not a locking zipper so they fall down with any slight tough. Prime example, I had this jacket layered under a rain shell with the hood tucked into the hood of the rain shell so when I went in and out of places I can just put on both hoods at the same time. Well when I would pull on the hoods, the zipper of this jacket would fall down prompting me to have to zip it back up again. The pocket zippers, same thing. You zip them shut and when you brush against them, they fall open. The pockets weren't as much of a frustration as the main front zipper as even with the right movement the zipper would pull open. Other than the zipper issue, the jacket is very comfortable, dry and warm

Second One, Obsessed, Perfect Product
Quite literally my favorite jacket I've ever owned. I wear it daily, sure, but I also wear it on every alpine climb I've done for the last 3 years and also some ski adventures as a mid layer too. This is the second one I've owned and I've repaired the other one so much. It keeps me warm a disproportionate amount for how light it is. Plus it fits great and it's cute. It's durable and not rip proof, but at least resistant, which is good for me given how many rocks this jacket meets. Only feedback I have is that it is NOT waterproof which is worth noting. Also make a red one plz because I wanna be seeable.

Great Fall/spring Jacket & Mid Layer In Winter
This is my second Atom hoody, my first one being 8-10 years old. The Azealia color is a true purple and very pretty in person. Fit-wise, I'm between a M and L in Arcteryx, so I tend to size up for comfort. My prior Atom is a M and a little bit tight, so I decided to go with an L based on the sizing specs. This new version is slightly longer and looser fitted, so I probably should have gone with the M. However, the L leaves plenty of room for layers. This is a great lighter jacket for fall and spring and a good mid-layer for winter. 10/10 recommend.

Disappointing Colors This Fall
I like this jacket a lot (lightweight warmth especially), and had planned to buy myself a new Atom Hoody this fall. Alas, the women's color options are quite disappointing and a deal breaker for me. I don't wear purple, pink, bright red. My complexion is lighter so the grey brown is also a 'no go'. I had been hoping to see a rich darker red (similar to a few years ago), or even a rich darker colored blue. A rich, darker green? Mix it up for us gals that don't wear the pastels or the bright colors. Oh well, maybe next time. I will look elsewhere.
