    I have been a huge fan of the old 4” breeze shorts for running for years. I sometimes wear them for swimming as well but they are a little long for swimming. I bought the 3” ones for swimming but will love them for running as well. They have more space around the leg for easy running movement and and they are flattering. The shorts work as a swim bottom as well. Very soft material and comfortable.
